Who Am I?

About Jill Trowell

I've been working as a Sports Therapist for over 14 years and a personal trainer for 10 years before that. In that time I've treated and rehabilitated people from all kinds of sporting backgrounds — from grassroots kids to ex-professional athletes — and I pride myself on being thorough, professional, and easy to talk to.

Away from the treatment table, I'm still very much an athlete myself. I've been a competitive swimmer since I was 8, swam internationally for Wales, and was British Universities Swim Champion. These days I train with masters squads in Epsom and Cheam, race open water 5km and 10km events, and I'm determined to finish a Channel relay swim after 2023's attempt got derailed by the weather!

I'm also a swimming and triathlon coach — mainly for Westcroft Triathlon Club, where I'm chair — so whatever you're recovering from or working towards, I understand what it takes to get you there.
